Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2025 Uptown Waterloo Jazz Festival!
I hereby consent to all photos taken at the Uptown Waterloo Jazz Festival to be used online, on social media or any other festival marketing, advertising, or communications.
We welcome volunteers of all ages, but those under the age of 18 will be required to submit a Parent/Guardian consent form prior to participating in the event. Any volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their shift.
To obtain a copy of the consent form or if you have any other questions, please contact the Volunteer Director at volunteersuwjf@gmail.com or copy the following information and send a signed PDF to the Volunteer Director.
